Last week people lost their minds when President Trump pardoned former Sheriff Joe Arpaio after he was convicted of contempt of court for disobeying a court order to cease some practices he was permitting in his jurisdiction that many felt were unconstitutional and racially motivated.

So in this video I talk a little bit about Sheriff Joe as well as an explanation of presidential pardons and plea for some common sense with our reactions.

Source on my info about Rivera was the Chicago Tribune by the way.

Giddy up.

  1. i hate the fact that Oscar Lopez is seen as a hero by some people in Puerto Rico. my people are too stupid to see him as what he still is . a Terrorist

  2. I think the problem people have is that Arpaio gave Trump political support and the timing implies that the pardon was a favor for that support.

  3. I assume by your argument, you are saying I can't be against pardoning Arpaio because I'm obviously not against the other pardons you listed. Of course, no surprise, you break it down on party lines. "You're against Trump's pardon, but what about Obama's…." Since I think all the pardons listed specifically in this video are bad, am I allowed to be against pardoning Joe? Since I've supported and opposed pardons by both Republican and Democratic Presidents? I'm not against the pardons because I somehow think pardoning guilty people is bad. As you stated, that is ridiculous. I am against the pardons because I think, in these cases, the crimes are worthy of punishment. It's not partisan. It's not guilt or innocence. It's a case by case basis, and in my opinion, these cases should not have gotten pardons.

  4. pardoning that terrorist….i don't agree with…..he shoulda commuted if he was going to do anything……36 years out of a 55 year sentance…..thats 65% of the sentence…isnt that better then a fair amount of people do these days?

  5. Maricopa County Arizona is where Sherrif Joe was. It is Mesa Arizona. He was best known for his stance on immigration and the Jodi Arias trial because it happened in his county before the pink underwear thing.

  6. Do they make cops in warehouses! Disgusting with that pig humor!👎👎👎👎👎👮👮👮👮🚽💩🚽💩🚽💩🚽👎👎👮👮👎👎👮👮

  7. I'm a reserve deputy and every Leo I know including black and Hispanic officers have told me when the subject comes up that profiling works.

And from what little I I've seen while doing this for the past 2 years is they are right.

Personally I like Arpieo (I think i spelt that wrong but o'well"

But I agree with you Mike love what you do and stay safe buddy row👍

  8. George Soros dumped Millions into Sheriff Joe's political opponent. Soros swayed the votes with money.
The citizens of Arizona (I am one) LOVE Sheriff Joe. In fact I would like to see Sheriff Joe in charge of Homeland Security!
Joe's conviction was a Demrat political witch-hunt and everyone knew it.
Not tired of Winning Yet President Trump! Please continue! MAGA

  9. Holy crap… i have always "leaned" democrat, and mostly voted democrat even though I look at the specific person I am voting for and the KIND OF PERSON they are… I recently took a "political ID" test and it told me I was "libertarian"… While I am not exactly sure what that entails, I believe it means I have no true identity in the political spectrum and have common sense… No wonder why I love your videos LOL… I probably sound dumb, but we think alike – free thinking but reactive, free thinking and objective… thank you!!

  10. I could be wrong, but I remember that the reason people were upset at Trump’s pardon was because he publicly announced that he agreed with the sherif’s practices which were found to be illegal and seemingly racist against Latinos and Hispanics.

  11. love your videos Mike.maybe you might know the answer to this question. if the sitting US President can use an executive order to undo a previous Presidents order, can they unpardon someone?

  12. The more I learn about Obama the more I despise him. He was a good presidential figure when speaking in public. But when actually taking action… Yeah fucking crap man. BRADLEY Manning pardoned. (Fuck any respect for that person, no I'll will towards others who are trans, but Manning is using it, in my eyes, to get out of jail.)

Oh my lord, and Obama releasing 5 high level terrorists from gitmo for a fucking traitor who went to go help and live with the god damn people who wanted his buddies dead, and eventually killed four of them.

Obama will go down as the worst president in modern times in my eyes. So much shady shit was just out in the open for everyone to see. Didn't even try to hide his propaganda behind a "movement"

Obama rant over. But seriously man the more I hear the more disgusted I am that our first black president did so much shady shit that he got away with due to… Being the first black president.

Being white myself. I don't give a single fuck if I had one to give if my mayor, governor, congressman or whatever was Sikh or Muslim. As long as they hold Western values and work for their people. I don't give a shit about their color or religious practices. Be a decent human being and people will learn to respect you.

  13. Well again, you get it partly right. I'm happy to hear that as a LE officer, you agree that he broke the law and deserved justice.
The difference between Trump and others (besides Bush II and traitor Scooter Libby) is that the other presidents did it at the end of their terms based on research done on cases where the convicts did time commensurate with their crime. In Joe's and Scooter's case, they never saw any justice for their crimes. I'm sure if they were young and black and male, you'd be more upset about it. You'd probably do a looter video or something on them and call them scumbags.
Why all Scooter did was out the CIA officer in charge of Iraq during a time of war…with Iraq. How could that compare with stealing sneakers?!
All Joe did was violate the Constitutional rights of American citizens, but they were brown and sounded funny. Musta deserved it.

  14. You went from "obey the law and you won't go jail" to "the guy that violated the law by locking people up without lawful authority, is no longer doing it so, eh" with the effortless fluidity of one not self restrained in logic.

  15. The reason I hate sheriff joe is a documentary I watched where he bragged that they spend more money on food per dog than they do per inmate.. and he was so happy about that fact. Clearly shows the man's character, that he literally values dog food more than what he feeds to human beings. Not saying jail should be a spa.. but unless your sending them to the electric chair, they should still be treated like human beings. Unless you're a rapist or a pedophile.. in which case you should be treated like a dog and get fixed.

  16. Mmmm. I disagree with this video because it reduces it down to, "The president used a presidential power and everyone is upset because of it," rather than, "The president used a presidential power on a person who has done something that we feel he should have been punished for, and that is upsetting." We can make speculation on whether or not we like this particular pardon and what that says about our view of the president without insinuating that he's misusing that particular power of office. If I wanted to make a case for misuse, I would point to the instances where he said that if congress convicted him, he would pardon himself.

  17. Meals without meat? Wow this man must be the devil himself.
    (Sarcasm off)

Well done busting of the mainstream narrative nonetheless.
