.3% BAC sets a new record here on Real World Police, though not a record to be proud of.

For that woman to still be standing, let alone lucid…

  1. Ironically, I used to take that exit on the far right to go to outpatient rehab after my DUI. Happy to say I haven’t had a drink in 11 years.

  2. Look at her hair shes been laying down or something not washed

    Its so sad
Booze is legal and it kills 60,000 people a year
My sis died of od at 59

  3. Some of these tests are really difficult. I think if the officers want the suspects to perform them well they should wait until the suspects have sobered up so they can do a better job.

  4. There is a video with a Sherif who blew a .336….. he was talking and walking around. I have seen people who can function after consuming large amounts of alcohol.
This is not a thing to be proud of. Never mind the pain and death you may cause yourself. You could kill children or innocent people who don’t have a chance…

  5. This is the most dangerous legal drug ever! This drug actually kills others! It's not like a needle in your arm but a 5 car pile up with dead kids and parents! This is so worse than marijuana!

  6. That BAC machine is drunk now!
So quick question. If you cant follow a pen with your eyes, does that mean that maybe you shouldn't be driving?

  7. I saw one where the driver was doing the 9 steps heel/toe walk. She "walked" about 15 steps and the officer told her to turn back around and do the 9 steps back…… That chick started "walking" backwards. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  8. PSA if you want to get drunk drinking at home is 1 cheaper and 2 a whole lot safer! Plus there's no chance of you causing a fatality! Drinking responsibility is not that hard

  9. Listen folks, the MINUTE you get pulled over and you know you have been drinking too much and you are asked how many drinks you’ve had, just say ‘I don’t know.’ Don’t give a specific answer. If they ask you if you had anything to eat tonight, just say ‘I don’t recall’. All of these questions are to entrap you. When they ask you if you are willing to do field sobriety tests, immediately state, I would like to invoke my Miranda rights. Do you know why? Because if you refuse, their next question will be, are you willing to take a PBT and if you say ‘no’ then you could lose your license for a year for denying it. However, if you invoked your rights before then, they cannot ask and you do t have to answer any questions and therefor they can’t suspend your license.

  10. I will NEVER be able to comprehend how someone that drunk gets behind the wheel & thinks it’s okay to drive! It’s not that I don’t understand that being downright inebriated impairs ones thoughts but it’s not worth possibly killing yourself &/or others. This lady is lucky she doesn’t have blood on her hands. Plus, as a daughter who lost her mom to alcoholism, I personally don’t get the appeal of being 💩faced. 🤷🏻‍♀️

  11. Seems unfair to administer a field sobriety test to someone who has just been in an accident. I can imagine most people would be in shock, preoccupied by the trauma they just experienced, and concerned about the damage to their car or potential injury to others, and the consequences of what just happened. They could also be injured but not know it. I'm not defending drunk driving. I'm just wondering how anyone can concentrate on such a test after a serious accident.

  12. On May 24th I lost my very good friend to alcoholism. She was so loved that our entire community is at a loss. What’s worse…there where about 3 people trying to get her help. Everyone else pretends she’s fine and makes fun of her when she walked away. Worst of all she leaves behind 8-10yr olds.

  13. If she blew that high but says she didn't drink since day before she's most def lying cuz she'd prob be dead if she was even more intoxicated since it would have been over 17 hours later n still blowing that high! Cant stand these selfish POSs that risk everyone's life by getting behind the wheel of a vehicle!

  14. I was wondering why US Police have to carry out these tests before even requesting a breath test, in the U.K. if Police suspect or smell alcohol, they carry out a road side breath test , if they fail or refuse they are arrested and taken to a station to be put on a intoximeter for testing. Obviously impairment by other means has to be tested for.

  15. MY FAVORITES ARE WHEN COPS OF EVERY RANK GET BUSTED, GIVES ME TINGLES ESPECIALLY THE ONES THAT FIGHT AND CRY LIKE GIRLS, YOU'RE GOING TO RUIN MY OB NO NO PLEASE DON'T DO THIS I'M A COP WHAT ARE YOU DOING MAN ITS MY JOB.

  16. This woman looks to be eastern European….3x the legal limit here in the US is baby drinking in that part of the world. You don't drink alcohol in that part of the world, alcohol drinks you.

  17. I feel so bad for this officer doing the field sobriety test. She obviously drunk. I hate drunk people (plastered drunk that is). No way i could ever have the patience to complete this. She is so incoherent he has to tell her things 4 and 5 times. Id be irate

  18. Shit when me and my little brother where kids he was puking and thought he was die and shit so my friends at the time called police(me and another friend where on juvenile probation) so I ran tryna get as far as I can I ran right into the police they said they don’t know how I’m not in a coma at this point I blew a .38 I was wasted I barely remember this but as an adult being sober or so I thought I woke up cuz someone called on my car(I was passed out drunk car was on for the ac) I woke up like 5 hours after I fell asleep thought I was sober I blew a .23

  19. My ex is a SEVERE Alcoholic with 3 FELONY DUI's in Ohio. The biggest number he blew was a .17. I can't understand how she is STILL standing and ALIVE. WOW

  20. The typical answer to the question Have you had anything to drink today: 1 beer😂
She says she had no alcohol, yet blows a .3. 😂

  21. If Real World Police wants to satisfy the Public's right to know, how about the name of the arrested blonde alcohol bottle.
