@Cops&Cons obtained a video where citizen’s suspicions about an aggressive “security system salesman†ends with that salesman in handcuffs and awaiting extradition to Texas.
39-year-old Khristopher S. Kiwanuka – a resident of Van Nuys, California – was booked into the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility at 1:54 p.m. Tuesday (August 9, 2022) on a felony fugitive from justice charge and is being held on no bond, according to Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly.
Kiwanuka was wanted in Texas for failure to appear in court on charges of marijuana possession greater than two ounces, theft of a firearm and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Lack of accountability is a real problem with our black community
Guy is most aggressive saleperson ever lol
that van went blowing past with peds in the street and cops to boot.
@ 5:29 while I understand the guy being upset, what I don't understand is why they think it's their right to argue and challenge authority on things they have no right to challenge them on… You messed up, you dated a warrant for yourself, and now your hemmed up because of it and you're acting like the police are persecuting you? I mean… My mind is just blown with the level of entitlement somebody must grow up with in order to think like that… I've been locked up, I've spent years in jail, but something I've never done in my life is have a warrant hangover my head. Warrants are a personal choice and in the past when I was younger and making poor choices, one of the things I did right if any was to choose to never have a warrant hanging over my head. I don't know how people live like that. I personally am incapable of it so I always went to court. This guy has nobody to be angry at except for himself. I love how he'll blame everybody and everything around him except for himself. I hate and I'm absolutely grossed out by the utter lack of personal responsibility. And at the end of the day he thinks people are digging for warrants and certainly it's all because racism or whatever. . 🥱 give the B.S a rest.. nobody's buying this cheap junk anymore…
I’m so glad I have a very loud GERMAN SHEPHERD / HUSKY mix. 🦮. No door to door salesman has been to my house since I got my buddy.
Im surprised how many people are bashing this guys job, he got hired by a company and is trying to do his best work. Man some of you are just absolute an absolute sucbuccs
Do all people from California have verbal ticks like this? I hear the "like" tick and now "in terms of" where is doesn't make sense to use that phrase.
IF HE SAYS "IN TERMS OF" ONE MORE TIME LOL
I wish Police in my area were this Polite and Patient!
What's up with Florida?
No you’re gonna handle it on you’re own dude. They’ll make you. Meaning Your under arrest.
Yeah he’s black. Lol. Thus the call.
I dont know what the laws are in Florida when it comes to alarm sales reps licenses (perhaps no license is required) the man was from California (a traveling sales rep)
But I can tell you when I was an alarm rep in Texas years ago, for an ADT-authorized dealer, background checks, fingerprints, and the like were conducted by the Texas Department of Public Safety….However, if one got a warrant AFTER your alarm license was issued by the DPS Private Security Bureau, they'd never know about it until your license comes up for renewal in 2 years…unless the warrant was taken care of. The only way an alarm applicant would get turned down for a license is if there was a history of criminal activity, such as theft, burglary (obviously), and violent crimes. A DWI or a speeding ticket for example would not disqualify an alarm license, at least in Texas where I worked.
In this case , dude had an active warrant. Of course, they can take him in. Had nothing to do with his behavior as an alarm salesrep..I think he got pulled over for speeding.
What a good cop you can tell he feels bad arresting since the dude is trying somewhat to improve his life by working
He his low iq brain has an affinity for the word 'aspect'
In terms of… 😅
In that aspect…. you have a warrant sir
He had no legal obligation to give his Id. This is a great example of why everyone should know their rights.
"I'm from California and I'm in Florida. Therefore it doesn't make sense that I'd have a warrant for Texas".
This is what I'm basically hearing from him here. I'm not American, but that statement doesn't seem to make sense in the reality we live in. Where you are from and where you are now have no bearing on whether you have committed a crime in a third area. If it did make sense to you, then I'm guessing you are in fact this chap (as I think it would only make sense to him), so what are you talking about, fella…?! 😂
“In terms of that aspect†vivant sales coaching really beat that phrase into him lol
But what did he do wrong to get detained
criminal fugitives trying to sell security systems…. there's a certain irony in the details.
Hate to say it but this criminal exudes shadiness. If he showed up at my door it would be an immediate NO, go away. But I'm glad he thinks it's not right….because he's working. Like the rest of us.
“In terms of those aspects†seems to be his token phrase for attempting to appear intelligent or legitimate. Reminds me of the Miss America contestant trying to sound smart: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lj3iNxZ8Dww
These cops are way over doing it with the nice guy shit just hook him and get it over with . This victim mentality is made worse by coddling
A fugitive of three felony charges and acts like a victim. SMH
In terms of this dude…he's screwed.
In terms of a warrant – he knew
Dude was talking WAY too much and got himself arrested by not shutting up.
Cops&cons his entire dialogue screams "BURGLAR" GOOD CALL GUYS
Another example of racial injustice.
What did he do? I wish this channel would follow up on stuff like that instead of some quick edits and an upload.
Because he has a GD WARRANT. No one likes door-to-door salesman. STOP SOLICITING.
Why did they even run his name ?????
I once opened a similar company, door to door sales. Selling doors. It folded in a week. To this day, can't figure out why?
When the adrenaline starts to run, so does the mouth, The poor guy new as soon as he saw the cop. God bless him and you
In terms of having a warrant, you totally do.
You know a black man's lying when he starts using big words he doesn't he doesn't know the meaning of and I love when he says you know can I just go on live my life yeah that's your mentality commit a crime and just go on and live your life screw the victim screw everybody else poor you blah blah blah everybody's picking on you you're f**** criminal and you got caught grow up and deal with it
No one would click on this video if it said over old warrent
That’s the security company I use. Vivint. Now we my system was put in I called them and set up appointments. No one came to my door selling Vivint security systems. Also when the technician came to install my system they were wearing light grey pants and very light orange shirts.
That's a weird way of saying "Police discover wanted man from Texas and got him extradited to Texas to answer for his crimes."
If you were black and had a warrant for your arrest, would you take a job going door to door in a white neighborhood? No. No I would not. Its just a matter of time before someone gets scared and calls the cops.
Using salesman lingo to try to talk himself out of arrest lol
Excellent female officer. Wish more were like this
Ron Swanson Police man. the only authority ill recognize.
Another example of the peoples who just cannot understand how things work. Cool people
No I don't have id
