On January 22nd, 2022 at about 3:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to an ATM theft in progress.
Ultimately, Victor Charles, Eric Adams, Jacobei Deion Townsend, and Eric Jamaile Amams, Jr., were arrested on suspicion of a slew of charges, including felony larceny from a building, felony larceny from a building with a firearm enhancement, criminal damage to property in an amount greater than $1,000, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, conspiracy to commit a second-degree felony, conspiracy to commit a fourth-degree felony, resisting or obstructing, and another count of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.
