The complainant was getting a couple of fountain drinks at an Albuquerque Shell gas station when an exchange took place between her and an employee who was stocking shelves.
Neither of the two seem to have been thrilled with the other’s reaction and things escalated. The woman may have been told to leave the store, but detail about that is [predictably] fuzzy in her story. What is clear, however, is that at some point a security guard showed up and forcibly helped her out of the store. The woman was not happy – because she is “not homeless” (not quite sure how that fits in her story, but it does) – so she called the cops to report what had happened.
Roll up your sleeves for a taste of the mundanity of everyday detective work (no CSI trucks coming out to assist on this one). Part I brings you the woman’s side of the story. Coming up in Part II is the security guard’s side, and in Part III you will hear from an independent witness to the incident.

Can't wait for part 2 and 3!! She sounds like an original Karen…
17:07 "my god, do you guys not have cards or paper" after asking for both officers badge and names 🤔
It is private property open to the public. They have a right to refuse service. Get out of the fucking store.
She loves to complain
I don't think she understands what "private property" means.
This individual came into the store and once she decided that the clerk was in the wrong started yelling and throwing things, so I asked her to leave because it was, in fact, on private property. We have the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. I tried to get her to leave peacefully but she just wasn't having it. I was responsible for the safety of everyone on that property. Not just her. When people start making issues like this on my properties the choice is either to detain her, or make her leave. I wasn't about to detain her because the cops never show up on time to get them charged anyway. So I just made her leave. She assaulted that Clerk and myself. Then her brother or husband, whoever that other guy was, decided that he was going to try to hit me with his Cane. I was only there to keep the clients and customers safe. I reacted in a way that I was trained. Why do you think they dropped the lawsuit against me. They watched the in-store video and determined that she was lying. I get stuff like this all the time. Every time you offend someone they want to sue you.
"You're being very rude and disrespectful."
"Aw, muffin. Welcome to the real world. Here's a newsflash: Not everyone's going to be nice to you."
KAREN !!!! (she couldn't speak to the manager) so she calls the cops.
She's crazy as a bag of hammers
WTF is the "I'm not homeless" statement? Is she trying to say that if a person is homeless that it is okay to treat them this way??
so funny
the cops sound absolutely riveted by her story
Serial complainer…lol!!
Police have to put their lives on the line and deal with this. I rather be in a shoot out than hear her whinning attention seeking @$$ again.
His story and her story are not the same… I have no idea who's lying. Video in the store will tell the truth for sure, as long as there is audio.
People who call police over the small incidents are the fucking worst. 911 is for EMERGENCIES!!
No part three, no subscribe!
Bruh if u dont release part 3 by the end of today i will commit sudoku
Ya he did nothing wrong..I love how she was headed to the psychiatrists and how BOTH employees were bullying her.
Her story sounds fishy.
For a second I thought this was the one in a million where it turns out the complaint isn't exaggerated…until I read the description.
I was sooo traumatized that I can tell you every little detail of the perp. OMG I think not.
Lol the Cops are trying to move the story along but she IS going to tell her story.
I’m betting security guard was in the right.
For more fun look at the Google reviews for that gas station.

It helps explain the homeless statement.
It doesn't get any more guilty than this not homeless person.
"A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption on our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider on our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so."
~ Mahatma Gandhi (2 October 1869-30 January 1948)
Lights, camera, boredom
Last comment, I promise lol. Does anyone know if this channel takes specific request? There's a few arrests I would pay money to see playback on the corresponding Officer's lapel cam.
Also, I know of that gas station attendant she's speaking of, He's been at that particular gas station for a least a few years, I HIGHLY doubt Everett would do something like that.
"I landed up" "I got down from the car"
This lady is a prime example of our ever so lovely APS school system.
Oh damn she straight told this cop you got no card bitch bitch this lady is sad n lonely hahahaha she says thanks for coming
Hahahaha cop says haven’t I’ve dealt with you once before lol right away no no no knowing she was the one from that dental place hahahahaha
Where is the other videos
Who cares, this is boring
She does sound like she has filed. Complaints before. Probably for anything that has ever happened to her
Let's see the Video! Cameras don't lie! By the way if that's the same Circle K I'm thinking of they have yummy finely shaved ice, like snow! 😋
Anybody know other store with ice like that?
Also, since when is okay to assault the homeless but not the financially stable?🤔
I’m not homeless say what?? She really needs a Shrink!! Blah Blah Blah…. She’s probably one of Them sue happy individuals ..Come on part 2
So I'm gonna call it before Part II: The complainant is a Karen and the security and cashier were douches to this frantic nut on her way to see her shrink.
Punk as security think they run shit at that store. I knw who that bitch is too. If you reading this 🖕
"And then I proceeded… and then I proceeded…" This woman sounds like a serial complaint-filer. I hate the type. Next step I bet she contacted an attorney.
And shit, this lady needs to stop interrupting the cops who are there to help her… Turn the motormouth off for a second and LISTEN, just for a moment. Jeez…..
