[If you have not already seen Part I & Part II this is probably a good time to do so.]

Investigations are a core piece of law enforcement work, but just as most police officers only discharge their sidearm at the range, so too most investigations are not like what you see on TV. (Think less CSI and a lot more “Are you kidding me?”)

In this case, the complainant was getting a couple of drinks at an Albuquerque Shell gas station when an exchange took place between the woman and a gas station employee who was stocking shelves.

Neither of them seem to have been thrilled with the other’s reaction and things escalated. The woman was told to leave the store, but it’s not clear who told her that and when. At some point a security guard arrived and forcibly escorted the woman from the store. The woman was not happy.

Roll up your sleeves as your detective work continues. Part I brought you the woman’s side of the story. Part II presented the security guard’s side, and here in Part III you hear from two independent witnesses to the incident.

  1. After listening to these calls I think the lady is legit. The security guards actions were excessive and he kept insisting that he would never hit a woman.

  2. I don't believe you, the police already saw the video. Sounds like they are playing games and the game is, try to remember the story right

  3. Seems like he is really explaining in too much detail how she dropped the cards. Also he admits to giving the female suspect his number and the cop failed to asked if they have had any communication after the incident I bet they did.

  4. That's the guy who was aggressively putting up cups, how dare you! This story is like a onion, the more you peel it back the more it stinks!!!!!😎

  5. Will we ever have Part 4?!?! I am saying for myself and think I can safely say for the Youtubers watching…We are on the edge of our seats here!

  6. For every one saying he don't sound credible, he's actually sounding like he's trying to remember step by step as it happened if u pay attention.

  7. That part of town is rough because of the amount of homeless folks around. I’ve seen firsthand how they abuse the customers at that store. I really think the guard abused his authority. The number one rule of a guard is observe and report, they cannot legally do more unless they are level III certified.

  8. How many you tube videos you watch that keep you coming back. Actually I think it’s brilliant. Still don’t believe the lady nor the witness. Both witnesses were too brief, having to really work on talking around the story, leaving out her bad actions. The video won’t lie…..besides we’ve seen video already…..the security guards. Go back and watch it on part 2.

  9. They definitely should have met with these supposed witnesses that the fountain lady provided to see if they were legit and in the store … since they supposedly have surveillance cameras… for all we know this witnesses could be her family and friends making up they were there 😒
