  2. Enforcing traffic violations in unmarked cars can lead to some scary situations. Would you pull over if you weren’t sure who was behind you?

    I already know someone is going to say the blue lights are a give away but what is keeping a criminal from putting blue lights on a car? I bet some lawyers could argue enforcing traffic infractions with unmarked cars is a form of entrapment. Just as if a homeowner putting an explosive package on the porch for the next porch pirate.
