This video presents – from start to finish – a fairly normal call for service, including investigation, arrest, and release. A handful of sections of video containing silence have been removed.

On February 10, 2019 at approximately 1:40 AM, officers from the Sedro-Woolley Police Department were dispatched to a physical fight in progress at Murdock St. and State St. near Old Timers Tavern in the City of Sedro-Woolley, Washington. The person who called in the incident reported two males physically fighting in the parking lot.

Officers arrived and immediately saw two males on the ground in the snow and ice, interlocked and fighting / struggling against each other. One of the males was wearing a red flannel shirt and the other did not have a shirt on. (It was 19 degrees outside).

Officers approached the two males on the ground and instructed for them to lay down on the ground; one – the red flannel shirted male – followed commands, and was later identified as Joshua Oudman. The shirtless male did not follow commands and continued to sit on the ground facing officers. One responding officer removed her taser from its holster and turned it to the ‘on’ position, aiming towards the shirtless male’s torso as the other officer advanced toward the male, ultimately forcing him to the ground using an arm bar.

The shirtless male was then placed into handcuffs, and was later identified as Ryan Gugel, after a fair bit of uncertainty due to the fact that Ryan has an identical twin brother.

A group of onlookers claimed to not know Oudman, but were aware that Gugel believed Oudman had damaged Gugel’s truck in some way.

Both males were taken into custody for disorderly conduct, transported to the local police station, and were later cited and released.

  1. Man I love these videos, have been binge watching them all tonight, only 2 hours to go to work exhausted as hell. Keep it up

  2. They spent an hour in jail. (The time stamp) Then giving a ride home (At least one of them). Have to say they don't have cops like that in north jersey… Nice job cops, sorry you had to babysit. Hey, it could have been worse, one of them could have cracked their head open on the ice and the other goes to the county for manslaughter. I think they both got lucky fighting in that condition…

  3. Who called the cops? Jesus Christ..2 guys fighting… let them have their fight, and it's done. Everyone is so quick to call cops these days…

  4. I am just really proud of myself for not being one of those people that the police remember and if they do, it’s not for anything criminal. You know those people that the cops are like, “oh shoot, thats so and so’s address which means this is going to be interesting because blah is going to be there and they don’t get along with so and so.”

  5. Police let the two go so they can continue the fight with supervision, then arrest the two on only the original charge, ignoring the rematch. That's street justice.

  6. Love this channel but this video was lame, the cops will give u a ride home after they arrest u but can't cut u loose for a mutual fight. Let the friends drive them home and write some tickets to cool them down game over. I would be mad having to write a book report on a wrestling match, they should've both stood up and said hey we were just in a tickle fight sorry, no marks on either even with cops taking to ground don't know how that's possible to have 2 altercations 1 fight, 1 arrest and come away clean, the most pain inflicted was the handcuffs kid complaining about side cuffs come off all he does is rub his wrists and not even check side lol
