The US needs to change the law, they should not be allowed to deny anything when there are plenty of signs of DUI. Just like in Europe, there you have to take all test they say.

Some people never learn. In Nebraska a fifth DUI use to get you 15 year jail time. But if you have grandparents that have money you stay out of jail.
