Philadelphia Police Department Officers King Harris and Hank Glenn of the Highway Patrol respond to a shooting call; they encounter a violent, naked man in a barber shop, who is being fired on by the shop owner. The suspect is crazed, babbling and very violent; other officers arrive and assist in subduing him. The suspect is taken away; shop owner is questioned, but denies any knowledge of what the suspect was doing there.

I remember this episode I saw it the night it originally aired.
I remember watching this particular episode when it originally aired in the early 90's. I self titled it, "Put it in the Paper". The suspect soon died in the hospital from acute cocaine poisoning.
