COPS TV Show, River Rescue, Passaic County (NJ) Sheriff’s Department. Officer Karl Shucai and Officer Jason DeGroat of the Passaic County (NJ) Sheriff’s Office respond to a report of a man who fell into a rushing river. At the scene, the deputies lend a hand to the rescue effort. Miraculously, two officers and several brave civilians manage to grab hold to the man’s arm. After several attempts to pull him to safety fail, the exhausted and terrified man doesn’t give up. He dramatically holds on to two ring buoys as a dozen or more men risk their lives as they successfully pull him out of the tiring river.

  1. Would love to know the name of the officer that's holding on to the dark haired officer's pants waistline.  Be still my heart!

  2. A few years ago myself and several friends pulled a woman out of a river after she was thrown in by a man who tried to rape her, it took at least 10 minutes of struggling to get her out. Never underestimate how hard it is to pull a human up a high slippery vertical drop. These guys rock.

  3. fuck you bro they speed out here and you know "not shit" about box truck driving, the Box truck is no where nearly fully loaded… In my state they are Class B vans and they be speeding like shit, even with a truck full of boxes from ontrac, they speed. Speeding around CORNERS is a whole different ball game ya nigga.

you wont believe how many life saving calls cops are the first to arrive on scene before the Paramedics. I've seen them toss adults and kids who were not breathing into the back of their police car and drive them straight to the hosptial while their partners are performing CPR. All the other officers are blocking off traffic so that one cruiser can speed straight to the hospital. Sadly cops dont get their due credit.
