Officer Matt Schneider – Glendale Police Department
Officer Matt Schneider of NRS (Neighborhood Response Squad) notices a suspicious person loitering around an apartment complex. As soon as Officer Schneider exits the vehicle, the suspect takes off running across six lanes of traffic. Officer Schneider deploys his taser but only hits the fleeing suspect with one probe. The suspect gets away and finds a hiding place within the apartment complex. After looking through the suspect’s backpack that he left behind, Officer Jeff Pittman finds a DOC (Department of Corrections) card and discovers that the suspect has a felony warrant. A perimeter is set to find the suspect, and a K9 arrives. The K9 successfully picks up the suspect’s scent and pulls him out of some bushes.

The guy ran (which was wrong) because he was sure (and he probably would have been correct) that the cops would have done an illegal search (not knowing the probation status at the time) of the man, and his backpack. He realized they didn't care about his 4th amendment rights because he wasn't important enough for them to care about. If he was in a 3 piece suit, then they would have cared
This cop Schnedier lied abougt a police stop, illegally a passender and demanded ID from a passender named Wheatcaft and then engaged to torture him with a taser. The cop was later fired after an investigation. It's all a public record

What isn’t shown or told to you is that Schneider is a corrupt cop who isn’t a cop anymore and was charged by the FBI, in part because of this video.
Also they had to drop all charges because the idiot holding the camera directed the cops to have a “heart to heart” talk with him before being Mirandized.
Also it was determined they had no probable cause to do any of this.

The one speaking in the beginning avoided a lawsuit for almost 5 yr. He’s getting what’s coming to him soon in court with criminal charges. Look up Matt Schneider. He attacked a passenger in a car that was pulled over for “no turn signal” and then tased a handcuffed man more than 10x for “resisting”. The man never even made it out of his seatbelt (that Matt also claimed he wasn’t wearing). The passengers pant were pulled down in front of his family while Matt repeatedly tased the man in his genitals…..all because he questioned if his ID was necessary because he had committed no crime
