On January 27, 2018 a motorcyclist led officers on a pursuit through city streets before losing control and hitting a van and home in the 4600 block of Orange Avenue in Teralta. Officers attempted to pull the speeding motorcyclist over on southbound 805 near Adams Avenue at about 2:00 p.m. but – as you can see – the driver was not keen on stopping.

Nearly 100 WHOLE miles an hour!!!!!!!
This cop broke a major pursuit rule by not having the siren constantly on. He put the public and himself in serious danger chasing someone with the siren on during the chase, "tapping" it doesn't cut it in a pursuit, he's very lucky the drivers didn't do anything silly. Put the city and himself at some major liability risk, hopefully the Department brass go wind of this and disciplined the officer for lack of siren use and violating policy on a pursuit.
Dude needs to leave his siren on with all that traffic.
I drive 80-85 every morning to work on the very same freeway for five years. Never been ticketed even once. 😆
Did this pursuit take place in Mario Kart?
Hope the bad guy paid the "tax" !
Did the guy die or did they catch him? If that's really a 300, this guys brain was already dead.
I guess the cops have to pay to use the siren or something. This guy ran stop signs and red lights with no siren. Big liability issue if he had hit someone.
Bro this is SO dangerous for public safety… Pull that shit in Canada and you may just get suspended no pay.

The cop: El cajon Blvd
Cope dude El cajon blvd has 3 lanes for going on traffic 😂😂😂
Then he is like Orange….
Good knowledge of your Area of Operation wow…
100mph isn't that far out of normalcy in SoCal. Traffic in the fast lane commonly gets rolling over 80 with speeders doing 90 or more.
Is there some advantage to why he keeps turning his siren off? What if he rams into some civilian that doesn't hear him coming at high speed? I could almost understand it if he's doing it just a little to hear his radio or something, but he's turning it off a lot.
You'd think that CHP would have better cameras than this.. that's like what 144p if you're lucky?
I don’t see the bikers speeding out of the flow of all other vehicles. Why pick on them?
Crap for an ending.
Why the hell didn't this cop keep his siren on during the pursuit?
I know where this is all taking place, roads and streets ect.
Police officers running those speeds to residential streets over a traffic violation? Really?
Those roads are rockier than Rocky Roads ice cream. Hitting those bumps at that speed in the car must have been hell. Even moreso for the bikeer.
Why does it sound like the cop is playing Super Mario on his computer while he is chasing the motorcycle ?
Did I hear the cop collect mario Kart coins?
They should have ended the pursuit way before this happened, all for a speeding ticket! the possibility of killing a bystander the entire time is too big of a risk.
You should put the disposition of the offender in the video descriptions.
Good lord I've seen more pixels than this in a 1970s porno…
I kept hearing Mario Bros coins in the video…
surprised the cop car didn't blow his shocks on those speed humps
This officer is a good driver, he shouldnt play Super Mario during a chase tho amirite
Those cop radios sound like old Arcade games!
Pac Man goes bike hunting…
Sooooooo annoying, no wonder cops practice extreme take downs all the time.
If I had one dollar for every pixel in this video, I would have one dollar
This is very rare CHP dash cam footage to be released.
