COPS TV Show, Search Warrant, Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office, OR
Sgt. John Bunnell and the Drug Task Force go to a home where marijuana is being cultivated — suspicions arise because of high electricity usage. They enter the vacant house with a search warrant, and confiscate plants, guns, growing equipment, and a Corvette. Bunnell leaves a message on the suspect’s answering machine that the police have his goods and to please call him.

  1. Next thing we know is that John would end up, I was gonna make an episode of Worlds Wildest Police Videos, but then we got high ladedadada!

  2. "Dangleberry County, Georgia… and the only thing that this careless cannabis cultivator will be growing is sick and tired, IN JAIL!"

  3. Bunnel is a corrupt liar. He actually never made Sheriff. Youtube lies, continues lies and premotes lies, propaganda and a multitude of rights violations.

  4. Passive aggressive man. Why not just be straight with the guy…were all those charges not enough to satisfy you? You're not s'posed to get off on this stuff man!

  5. This is actual theft by the police. A man has a high power bill, and pays his bills, and presumably his taxes. The police use Information from power company that his usage that he pays is higher than normal. Police use psuedo law to arbitrarily get a warrant from a corrupt judge. Police violate man's rights, steal man's plants he keeps in his own home, steal guns, generator, and a nice car. Presumably all of this, including plants, we you see the way they're being torn down all being resold by police at auctions under civil forfeiture act, or used in other police functions.

  6. Wow, I remember watching that episode on Cops Years and Years ago. I know I just aged myself but that is one episode that has always stuck out for me.

  7. Let this be a learning lesson to us private citizens. If we're doing something that is outta the norm from other people habits, Big Brother will spy on you!

  8. Tell me how CopsTV has the right to enter that home? From what im aware of only the LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS have the search warrant NOT the tv show. CopsTV is NOT the police therefore did NOT have a right to enter that home. This is clearly an example of TRESPASSING. This show repeatedly violates privacy and in this case even commits a crime. Perhaps they should broadcast themselves breaking the law i bet you could have a seasons worth of footage.

  9. Not going to lie, it seems that using someones utility bill merely to get a warrant to enter the house seems like a breach of the "expectation of privacy" clause of the 4th amendment. I really do not see how that is legitimate enough proof to search someones house. Hes using alot if kwH. Fun stuff
