Seattle Police Arrest High School Student After Staff Finds Loaded Gun in His Backpack – Everything Law and Order Blog

On Friday, May 18, 2018 officers of the Seattle Police Department were called to the Franklin High School after school staff found a loaded handgun in the student’s backpack. The 18-year-old student was called to the principal’s office around 9 AM because he smelled like marijuana, and when he found out that the school was going to look in his bag he confessed that there might be a loaded gun in there. Just maybe. You know. Why not.

School staff confirmed the presence of a gun (and someone else’s credit card) and the police were called.

The student was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm, and stolen property.

The police investigation did not find any indications that there was a threat of violence against the school.

  1. I know I personally used to hide my pot in a stick of deodorant so when I saw they neglected to check that, I was shocked.

  2. Besides the kid bringing a loaded 9mm, one in the chamber, and safety off, I wonder how that teacher lost â…”rds of her ring finger on her right hand …

  3. So is it illegal for staff be going through private property when they found that gun? they should of called police to check the equipment right?

  4. Is it me or does anybody else wonder how this boy can say he doesn't know how a loaded gun, with one in the chamber, got into his bag? Yea, this happens to me all the time..just jumps into my purse!! Oh and think nothing about the weed, that also jumps into my stuff.

  5. Lol how you let the school do you like that, I’d of told that teacher to suck it and left school, ain’t getting arrested for y’all 😂

  6. Bro should have just left school when they started accusing him of smelling like weed and talking about getting his backpack, you can tell he from a white town
