On March 29, 2019 Seattle Police were called to a report of a man who had just violated an order of protection by literally showing up inside the house of the woman he was ordered to stay away from.

The offender was known to police as someone with a history of both running from and fighting with officers. Last time around it had taken four officers to subdue the offender, and officers were injured in the process.

That’s why, when SPD Officer Dupree heard the call and a request for K9 assistance, he jumped on it – heading over to the house with his police dog partner Jedi.

Watch as Jedi chases down the offender – through a patch of thorny blackberry bushes, and eats this dude for lunch. Caution – this footage may be disturbing to some viewers.

  1. This dog may need a tune up… since it clearly does not respond to commands after several orders were given to the animal…

  2. Man, Robot Chicken has a larger effect on my psyche than I thought. Every time I see a comment talking about how much of a good boy "Jedi" is, my brain keeps reading it as "Jedee" after that one Star Wars sketch for Bob Goldstein Attorney At Law.

  3. Note to self: Don’t run from Jedi the K9. When he’s hungry, he’s hungry, and he finishes his food 😳

  4. If you ever get bitten by a dog like that, unless it’s a police dog and your in the wrong, don’t try to open the dog’s jaws but instead close its wind pipe. Close it hard enough to crush it and keep it closed until it dies

  5. To the officer with, Jedi. I work with a sound activated alarm company in the area. I've heard you on burg calls live. And you guys rock as a team. Thank you!

  6. I Love Watching SPO Dupree
    &. His AMAZING Partner Jedi,
    Work Together.😊
    They are Simply "The⭐️Best."

  7. Officer: “I’m pretty cut up and my dog may be injured too”. You didn’t even fall down the hill. You got tangled up in a thorn bush. Slap a Band-Aid on it, the gym and get yourself a lollipop 👍🏼

  8. These dogs are wonderful but when they are retired they should get to stay with their handler. We rescued a retired police dog once and it took years to re-train her.

  9. Yeah Jedi needs German commands lol. He was obviously trained in Germany and then sent to the U.S. for duty. Sometimes…actually a lot of the times these dogs don't respond well to English commands. We adopted a retired police dog from Germany, did a few years in Germany, a few years in the U.S. and sent back to Germany for breeding purposes and then was sent back to the U.S. for adoption. She looked at us funny when we used English commands. Looks like Jedi prefers his native language lol.

  10. It sounded like the officer had to explain every little thing, like he and the dog were in trouble just for doing their job. What's the deal with that?

  11. To those who dont know k9's are trained to take you down without injuries just dont fight back

  12. If my arm looks bite friendly go right along ahead and bite me as much as u want. otherwise keep me out out of the loop

  13. Those dogs are trained to bite and hold…to secure a person…not to cut the flesh…the shaking movement is to confuse and fluster the perp…the biting to harm occurs when the perp fights back…also part of their training
