@CopsConsTV obtained Officers lapel videos of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office arresting serial cop impersonator Jeremy Dewitte On March 23, 2021 just before 2 PM a deputy observed Dewitte leading a group in the far left travel lane of the highway. Dewitte was the only one seen openly carrying what appeared to be a firearm, which is a violation of Florida state law, according to the sheriff’s office.

A deputy then conducted a traffic stop, pulling over the registered sex offender and “immediately took him into custody as a safety measure”, the affidavit reads. The deputy retrieved Dewitte’s firearm only to find that it was a device that could shoot out chemicals but painted exactly like a legitimate firearm appears. The device was not loaded, records show.

Dewitte claimed he did not intend to use the device for personal protection, but rather for the “appearance” that he was carrying an actual firearm. During a long two hour law enforcement interview (see part 2), Dewitte admitted he had the weapon to gain compliance from citizens he approached, according to the affidavit.

As Dewitte is a convicted felon, he is not allowed to carry any type of concealed weapons.

Dewitte was arrested and booked into the Orange County Jail on $5,000 bond, but he was released shortly afterward after OCSO filed paperwork with the jail allowing for Dewitte’s release before charges were filed with the State Attorney’s Office.

The charges were immediately dismissed by the Sheriff’s office once it was determined the firearm did not meet state law requirements for carrying a concealed weapon.

County records documenting the review of Dewitte’s arrest have not been made publicly available, and documentation of his latest arrest is no longer on the Orange County clerk’s website.

  1. So old and still 🤥 . That should have stopped at around 8-12 yo. Can't believe he has a wife. She probably encourages him or just plainly lies to her. Men lying is not attractive 😒

  2. His company was taking all the overtime work, notice the other guy has one too. the cop said his name, and he said it. Interestingly, he was stopped for open carry, then charged with concealed carry?

  3. Dewitt might be a clown but this is clear targeting and retaliation by the officer. Pulled him over for open carry. Turns off his camera to "ID him" when he is already calling him by his name and then arrests him for conceal carry

  4. I know my guns, and that looked like a gun. Try telling a Canadian cop that’s a paintball gun. SWAT team would soon be mopping the floor with him 😂

  5. cop: "Jeremy!"
Jeremy: "Why are you yanking my helmet off?!?"
cop: "I am trying to identify you!"
This is better than anything I can find on netflix or amazon prime. 🤣

  6. He's like COME ON YOU KNOW IT'S PEPPERBALL!!!
that thing look like a real gun, no difference between that and any other gun

  7. The greatest way the cops could troll this guy is, when he gets out, drag him down to the police station and tell him they’ll hire him and put him in a cruiser under the condition that he behaves exemplary and they never have to deal with his antics again. His records will be quietly wiped but he has to stay quiet and cool forever. Then while he’s jumping up and down like gollum after he took the ring off frodo, “PSYCHE…now get the fuck out of here”

  8. hope Jeremy sued the dept for civil damages and the arresting officer should really be fired and even criminally charged with false arrest and civil rights abuses

  9. i know that Jermey is a ass44ole but this to me is false arrest you can see the firearm is in a plain view holster
