Officer Anthony Garbutt & Officer Ed Nava of the Las Vegas Metro Police Department responded to a call of a suspicious person entering an abandoned house. When they arrive on scene officers see a white truck that they believe belongs to the intruder. A young man steps out of the vehicle very aggressively. The officers attempt to detain him but have to place a spit mask on him since he becomes uncooperative. They walk over to the house and notice that the house was vandalized. The suspect tells the officer that he used to live in the house but was evicted. Mom tells the officer that she believes that is what triggered her son to smash all windows to the house. He is ultimately charged with assault of a peace officer and destruction of property.

  1. I just watched an episode of cops where a guy was complaining of heart complications, all the cops were standing around talking about how he was faking It. That's how people end up dying because the people that have them in custody and have control over their medical Care automatically think they are faking. The police need to quit playing God and quit assuming that they know what is really going on. It does not matter what they think. it does not matter if they think a person is faking or not, let experts figure that out. I'm not talking about EMS, because the truth is EMS are not doctors. They are trained to deal with emergencies not determine whether someone is faking or not. Stop assuming that they are faking, take them to the hospital and let the real professionals decide that.
