  1. Need to hear the other side of the story too. From what I see Joe pushed the guy first. This problem is all too common these days, we only see a portion of the entire incident and only hear one description, but still come to a conclusion

  2. I love liquid courage. This clown should have stayed home. Now he wants to make money off of his idiocy. We should make him famous and NEVER let him live this down. We should also make sure any lawyer who touches this case can never live it down either.

  3. Yes, the idiot who obviously knew who he was rapping twords. He knew that there was a VERY good chance his actions were ill advised. He did make every movement that would be seen as an attempt to attack someone. He should have known better! When you are facing someone who fights professional against people who are as talented as he is. And you get a froggy notion… Turn around and jump! You won't get beat up and look like an IDIOT!

  4. i mean he touched the dude first then got back in the dudes face an hit first
not a legal expert but it seems like joe is in the wrong

  5. Dude fucked around and found out who not to fuck with. The MMA fighter only gave him a 2 piece, and when he was KO, the mma fighter stopped his self defense. He did not continue to engage. Therefore he subdued the threat and when the threat no longer presents itself, he stops. So the MMA fight imo is 110% in the right, and should be good to go.

  6. Sorry too say, but yes. But…. I tried to teach my rm mate in the 80's about "1st strike" (he, SEAL). I told him he would loose his front teeth over his thought process (es). Low and behold, 2 years later (teeth gone). This guy I like (he tried), but… It's who he is and he would be used to going the distance with said bonehead. We don't live in those days anymore (though I would have done the same). What he reacted to was "telegraphing" (letting the "other", know your plan), Sooooo, NO (with reluctance). Fifty/Fifty.

  7. Not gunna mention his Instagram post or the comment he left with it? If you think it's okay to handle a drunk like this Im afraid to know what you got away with when you wore the shield.

  8. Nope. The other guy acted like he was going to hit him so the other guy reacted in self defense. The little guy shouldn’t be drinking liquid courage

  9. Joe used the appropriate amount of force that he was trained how to use to stop that threat. shitbird was a hollow man and a problem since he came into that joint. morality check.. i hate loud mouth hollow shitbird bullies. the loudest in the room is the weakest . if that shitbird had not been that loud idiot no-one likes and telegraphed a threat by twitching for the first strike against the wrong bolt Joe might have not gave his ego the check of a lifetime. training is readiness. you make your bed you sleep in it.
