Officer Michael Roberts – Portland Police Bureau
Officers Roberts and Bigoni of Portland Police Bureau notice a parked vehicle in a known drug area. They decide to make contact with the driver and the two male subjects near the car. Upon making contact, Roberts notices they are in the middle of a drug transaction. Roberts talks to all three suspects on the stop and discovers the driver has a little bit of heroin and the suspect was the one selling it. The seller had a safe that contained more heroin. Driver and seller were arrested.
