  1. Hold on…officer, you either saw him put it in his mouth or you believed he put it in his mouth… 2 diff things my dude. And the young man is running full speed so swallowing his spit won't happen. He shouldn't've ran though.
    This is why a lot of folks are sitting in a prison.
