Lafayette Police Officer Edward Alleman responds to a “shots fired” call in the area. While searching the neighborhood he encounters a suspicious person on a bike and initiates a stop. As soon as the suspect walks to the front of Officer Alleman’s vehicle the suspect suddenly spins around and makes a run for it. Officer Alleman tackles him immediately and the fight is on. The suspect, on crack and other substances, does not comply. Backup arrives, and the suspect is finally taken into custody after a hearty struggle.

Why does he have to be going somewhere to ride a bike? Maybe he just likes riding his fucking bike… This is why we have so many fat americans; cops want them to be slow. Literally 3/4ths of the cops original suspicions are based off complete utter nonsense, let's be honest. If you live in a cul de sac and your riding your bike in circles, is that reasonable suspicion for an ass beating? I'd hope not..

Without the taser, the female cop is a hinderance more than a help. Should have just tased him but I know the paperwork involved goes on for days. Most female cops are not tough enough.
