I'm sorry, as much as I want to back the cops in this clip, what are you guys doing? Is he arrested or detained? 15 minutes in and they still can't make up their minds. Did anyone read him his rights? One cop is adamant that he was arrested for urinating in public, and minutes later the other is saying he's detained… It's Keystone cop stuff like this that ends up with cases like this getting dismissed.
He's been in prison. I can tell he's been taught what to say and when to say it. He's trying to be both Judge Judy and YouTube lawyer, both of which he is failing miserably. Nobody gets this upset over pissing in public. That's where he screwed himself. If I were a cop that would be my first red flag with this guy. There's something way worse going on here.
