Officer Andrew Hackett – Fontana Police Department
When calls for service are low, Officer Andrew Hackett decides to do some proactive patrol around nearby local businesses. Hackett sees a man walking away from a vacant store, who he later recognizes from a previous encounter. The man gives consent when Officer Hackett asks to search him, but soon becomes fidgety and attempts to pull away. Eventually, Hackett is able to secure cuffs on the suspect, who continues to resist. The suspect then attempts to bite Officer Hackett. When backup arrives the suspect is detained and put in a squad car. When Hackett questions the suspect he claims that he was not trying to bite the officer but rather was merely yawning. The suspect is then charged with felony resisting.

  1. So what did he do wrong?? Suspicious behavior isn’t a crime nor is walking past a business after hours. He wouldn’t have tried to bite you if you didn’t start putting your hands on him for no reason. You are a bad cop!

  2. WHY WERE YOU EVEN MESSING WITH HIM WE DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO WALK AROUND ESPECIALLY IF YOUR HOMELESS THAT COP WAS WRONG FOR EVEN MESSING WITH THAT KIDS, officer asshole

  3. "I didn't do this, I didn't do that. Take the cuffs off. I'm not fighting…." and on and on.

And people wonder why cops get cynical and sometimes get rough. They usually have to.

Best way to get along with a cop, don't argue, don't fight and especially…. don't break the law.
