  1. 2:08 Tell that to Keith Richards of Rolling Stones, that dude has been strung out for like 50+ years. In the officers defense though he is right in that he's unlikely to ever meet Keith Richards.

Also just because the clip shows him walking across a walk signal doesn't mean that was when he committed the infraction. The stop was probably an hour or longer .. not 2 minutes and 11 seconds and most of it has been edited out and we are missing most of the context to their encounter.

  2. How are you going to stop people for jaywalking when they have the crosswalk light? Sounds like you were profiling. Show this in court.

  3. Why is it that when people watch a video, they so often fall into the fallacy of assuming the events captured on the video are the beginning and end of the entire incident? Expand your minds people. Could it be that the jaywalking actually occurred one block back, 30 seconds or so before the video begins? Could it be that officer's heads swivel, while dash cams and body cameras don't, and the officers saw him jaywalking with their actual human eyes, while the cameras were not pointed directly at him? Sheesh, "the video doesn't show jaywalking, so the cops must be lying." Really, that's the only likely explanation? smh

  4. I guess anyone walking anywhere near a known drug house is subject to a search? Cause this man was CLEARLY not jay walking hahahahah
