14. This is one of the worst police departments in America. This officer (Matthew Schnieder) is currently being charged with multiple felonies for tazing a non-resisting man 11 times. Including – while handcuffed, pulling the suspects pants down and tazing him in the testicles!
    
    It took years for this to come out and the department is still trying to cover it up –

    I personally say the majority of this department (Yes, literally more than 50%) are much worse than the "criminal" in this video and deserve much longer prison sentences for how they assault people on a daily basis. Including the superiors for allowing and covering up these actions

Sometimes its illegal to ride on the sidewalk, maybe it’s illegal to ride on the wrong side of the road, maybe its illegal to ride without a helmet, its actually bullshit that theres no standard. If your going to enforce all the laws then why no license or training required? That would also be bs but at least tell people the rules man.
