At the very end when the baby formula guy said, “but i didnt steal those;” referring to the formula in the bag…and the cop replied, “i understand that. but in the state of FL all we have to see is you conceal it to charge you.” He confirmed the man didn’t steal it yet was being placed under arrest for it. If he gets a half decent attny that subpoenas this footage/any body cam or body mic, he’ll get every charge dropped. 😂😂
