On July 16, 2024, a quick-thinking victim and a tech-savvy tracker led Hot Springs police directly to an alleged thief, resulting in a swift arrest. The day began at the Arlington Resort Hotel and Spa, where a woman discovered her vehicle had been broken into sometime between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Among the stolen items were a MacBook laptop and an iPad.
As the woman reported the theft to the police, she noticed something unusual—her MacBook was “pinging” near the Garland County Library on Malvern Avenue. Officer 1st Class Brandon McAdoo immediately responded to the area, hoping to catch the thief red-handed.

I hate thieves!
Low bond
Don’t ever trust a Chargers fan.
Sexual indecency with a child? He shouldn't even be out. I dont care if it was in 2017.
Leaving your laptop and your iPad in your car makes you an idiot.
Fluorescent light got electrocuted
Cops are obese, fat. Couldn't run after a suspect if they had to. Need to do fitness tests every 6 months!
LOL The cop who came in about fifth in line sounds like he’s a smart guy. Why are we out here for this when she can call American Express and get everything replaced by sunset??!??!!?? Most low impact crimes could be handled in an email. By people tracking down their items they put their lives in jeopardy for no reason. Unless a porch pirate gets your replacement you’ll be alright.
The state dropped the theft charges but he was convicted on being a chargers fan
Dude is it me or why the fuck can't cop remember the Miranda rights it's simple they used to have to. And half the damn time they can't even talk clear lol
Just another typical met h junkie

Watching that cop bump that iPad against the rocks hurt me
That dude lying hard as hell
Jim Morrison? Really?
Watching them struggle to even get to where you can put in a passcode was painful.
What kind of dummy leaves all that in their car?
Poor police officer just wants to go home.
Update- Charges were added for being a Chargers fan.
If a cop got a quarter ever time they were lied to, they would be millionaires.
Crystal meth is behind this guaranteed
Dude, you're 41,get a job & you won't have energy for all this extra curricular activities.
He stole an iPad…he's an iDiot.
Yo where’s the VP fuel station at??
$2.79 a gallon!?
Where’s this dream land place?
"Absolutely not…"
Here’s a key lesson in life, borrowing with out permission is stealing and theft.
Just hold my laptop for a couple days. Who would even say that to someone
Scrounging around the ipad looking for nunmbers, ignoring the 26 notifications for FIND MY PHONE 🤣
Judging by his teeth we all know what he is and why he steals 💀
I think that man may be a lying skunk.
Bro said “I understand possession is 9/10 of the law” as if that had any bearing whatsoever on that situation.
STRAIGHT UP JUNKIE !
That guy was so quick with that lie! Dang!
Someone stole my gaming desktop pc a year ago. I had an extra SDD in there full of my family/baby pictures. Had every photo I ever took backed up on there and organized. Now they are all gone and I'll never get them back. My own Mother did this to me and I haven't spoke to her, since this was the 3rd time she stole something from me that means A-LOT more to me than money.
Glad they got their devices back, you just never know what they use it for and it's mostly for important reasons.
