Police need a forward flank, arms drawn at all times. The locals want to kill them.

When I was a teenager it was like a game running from the police in the suburbs at 3 a.m. and we got away about 95% of the time. If we got caught we just got a ride home, big deal. Haven't ran from them as an adult though and never would.
