Officer Brian Jones and K9 Handler Andrew Canfield of the Boise Police Department pursue a male driver with a shattered windshield attempting to elude the officers. When Officer Jones confronts the driver, he claims he was not avoiding the officer but simply parking to visit a friend. When asked if he’s in possession of any drugs or drug paraphernalia, the driver’s immediate response is, “It’s not my car.” However, the K9 alerts Handler Canfield that there might be something located inside the vehicle. Officers search the vehicle and find drugs, drug paraphernalia, and a ledger with a list of people that owe him money. The driver is arrested but insists he wants to get on the right track.

  1. If going to prison doesn’t help you than that’s your own fault.
Nobody controls the outcome besides yourself

  2. I'm amazed at how many people suddenly find themselves possessing drugs, with absolutely no idea how they got there! I'd love to regularly discover an ounce of good weed appearing in my pants out'a nowhere!

  3. He's busted he has drugs and he is driving a stolen car. 15 Years In The Ada County Jail You Idiot! You don't run from the Boise Cops they know what your up to and your going to jail.

  4. They did not even have pc for the stop. Little own the detainment. The subsequent illegal search and seizure after the crime perpetrated by the cops should get that man's case thrown out!

  5. Cops should stop wasting their time with drug bs. You wanna help him get off drugs let em do all the drugs they can do.. f em… get dead fir all I care… ANY GUNS, are you a pyscho, CHILD PEDAFILE. That’s who there supposed to be looking fir. Car wrecks and murders… get your priorities right . Pigs look for drugs real cops take pedafiles and deal with fatal car wrecks. Real police work. The dope trade who gives a fuck

  6. Dude aye don,t blame you for your addiction…. aye blame the Dirty b,asterd that sell it….. Wake up M8 before its 2 Late god bless for 2020… officers gr8t job the way u dealt with it Respect

  7. You have to understand is not just an addiction it’s an illness or mental illness which is actually been proven this year and I think people getting arrested for something that they really can’t control is some bullshit

  8. “It’s a start.” For me, getting arrested WAS a start to a new and better life. Going to prison for a little while and then getting out on probation helped me build a foundation of recovery free of drugs and alcohol. For those who really are tired of chasing that dragon, incarceration can be a stepping stone to a better life. It depends on the addict and if they are ready to quit, and willing to do what it takes to pay their debt to society, deal with the consequences, and turn their life around. It worked for me. Are YOU ready?
