Officer Aaron Offenberg & Marc Beretta – San Jose Police Department
Officers Beretta & Offenberg find a red sedan with a person crouching low in the driver’s seat. Both officers confront the driver and places him in handcuffs after disobeying orders. A female acquaintance to the driver walks up to the scene and confirms to be responsible for the car. Upon searching the suspect, Officer Offendberg discovers a small amount of drugs on the suspect who immediately tries to destroy the evidence by stomping on it. Though in cuffs suspect is taken to ground and continues to fight and is eventually tazed. Upon searching the vehicle (discovered to be stolen), officers find stolen credit cards and check books. Both male and female suspects are arrested for felony charges and possession of stolen property.

Now normally I am not in favor of cops roughing up people and tasing..unless it's absolutely necessary. This should be a training video for when to use force like that..he had it coming. I think he had some meth in him to be able to fight like that lol..kinda sad tho most of the reason they fight is just not wanting to go threw withdraws in jail..addicts fear that with a passion.
