Deputy Cheyanne Velez of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office responds to a disturbance call regarding damaged property and a fighting couple. At the scene, Velez questions the crying male, who tells her that his significant other of eight years was cheating on him, and she became violent when he confronted her about it. Upon being interviewed, the female claims that her fiancé attacked her, and she had merely acted in defense. A third party reports to the deputy that the pair had been mutually involved in assaulting one another. Deputy Velez determines that the couple had indeed engaged in mutual combat. Addressing the primary issue, Deputy Velez orders the female half to leave the property to avoid going to jail. The deputy’s report is forwarded to the DA for review, and both parties may be facing legal consequences at a later date for their immature actions.

  1. This is a perfect example of failure of the government. No one should be homeless and living in a tent, they should receive a basic human right payment to afford food, toothpaste, tooth brush, feminine hygiene products ect… and should have a government commission home or refuge to stay in where there are services to help with alcohol and drug abuse. Yes the tax payers pay for it but it cleans up the streets and reduces drug use and gives kids a home and it encourages people to get a job because they want a better life. Forcing people to be homeless just makes things so much worse and people stop caring because of stress and depression they just either commit suicide or completely neglect their kids and or domestic abuse. If people have some money to live on they are happier and can sort their lives out, go do a course or get their drivers license or afford to get the help they need mentally. If you don't agree you're an idiot and you don't care about anyone but yourself and you don't understand getting a job isn't as easy as you think.

  2. Other people can suck so bad that being by yourself is better believe it or not you just have to quit being everybody else's bitch and take care of yourself
