When I'm in the house, my dog isnt out of my sight for longer than a minute. She never goes outside without me. If she was missing I'd lose my mind.
A lot of these none talking bastards in my city
So mom, dad and 4 kids were all home and none of them realized the boy was missing?! She doesn’t let them go outside or play with other kids?
Babies daddy, is he daddy to all four? If so he should be paying support and helping out. She isn't really interested in the little boy, wish you could find a good home for him.
She can't even take care of 1 child and she has 4? These poor children don't have a chance in hell of having a "normal, happy" childhood.

Why is the father not out looking for his son and why did they not call 911? After 2 mins of not finding my son, I would have called 911 asap. That would show them that I’m a responsible parent who made a unforgivable mistake

The child’s father was at her home too she said? Both of them should have been taken down to the station and charged with neglect. How are there multiple adults at home and a toddler manages to get outside, and for that long?! The child was totally disheveled and babbling like an infant. But she claims he speaks better than her other 3 children did at his age?? What kind of parent has four children that are clearly developmentally delayed and doesn’t seek some type of assistance? Instead she keeps the oldest child home to “homeschool” him? All of those kids need a better parent.
