@Copwatchtv obtained body camera footage of an early August of 2023 situation where a driver was speeding through the neighborhood and was pulled over by the Bernalillo County Sheriff deputy.
Franchesca Gutierrez was doing 90 miles per hour in a 45MPH speed zone and when she was talking with the deputy she made a joke about her car being stolen.
Gutierrez’s car was in fact hers and her joke wasn’t the best comedic timing.

It boggles my mind when cops take you speeding as an insult to them, he escalated this situation because he was offended. No other reason to act in the manner he did over a flippant comment that anyone with a brain would see as sarcasm. What gets me is when they flip around after passing you in the opposite direction the amount of speed they have to do to catch up is way above anything the speeder is doing.
I don't know what her problem is, but clearly she shouldn't be driving.
