I can't believe ALL charges were dropped, smh, must have had a damn good lawyer. She could have been charged with disorderly conduct for all the language and insults towards the one officer. It's crazy how these WOMEN get away with this shit. When I was arrested for a DWI, I 100% complied to everything they pulled me over for. Admitted to my guilt, because I knew what I was doing. I still get the year of probation, a year of a breathalyzer in my vehicle just to start it, about three classes that I had to take, and some community service (which was actually fun, because I went to this place on Sat/Sun to water plants and they had people come in to show off "exotic" animals). The whole event woke me TF up and changed my life. I'm not happy for what I did, but I am happy with the outcome.

The officer can’t say your not allowed to speak to your lawyer this alone violates all her rights; the procedure is when the suspect asks for a lawyer the officer was not allowed to ask anymore questions and the officer is supposed to read the suspect there rights and handcuff her.

If they dismissed this case, police procedure is probably questionable. They asked for ID but then just started questioning her. She should’ve just kept her mouth shut. An accident without a second vehicle involved or structure that hasn’t been identified is not a crime. She could’ve hit the side of her own house for all they know. As citizens we need to be aware that the less we say to police in these type of encounters the better.
