  2. Arresting a guy in a wheelchair because he didn't pay a bus fare is just about as low as you can go. Maybe Portland PD can next arrest a blind person for blocking the sidewalk.

  3. Honestly, I have never watched any episodes of JAIL. Who wants a refund from a suspect who wanted a skateboard instead of the wheelchair? 🛹🧑🏼‍🦽
