Any age you shouldn’t racing with a baby in the car. The officer was very compassionate.
Racing should automatically equal jail time. Racing with a child should automatically double that racing jail time in addition to child endangerment/abuse charges. They should also be given community service at the local recycling/landfill where they can sweat their butts off while giving the honest workers a little break. Both drivers are a really sorry excuse for a human being and worse they’ve already put their poor kids at a disadvantage for having a successful, productive and happy life.
The lack of understanding by these 2 gals that what they did is wrong is scary. A crash could kill someone, including them or the baby in their car.

I have a three year old and when my son is in the car, I drive like an 80 year-old. The fact that they think they didn’t do anything wrong, astound me. This is the next generation of people we are going to be working with.
