Houston, Texas — On Sunday February 11, 2024, around 1:53 p.m., 36-year-old Genesse Moreno walk into Lakewood Church with her 7-year-old son, Samuel Moreno. The suspect produced a rifle from under the coat, forced their way into the lobby and began shooting. HPD Officer C. Moreno, who was off-duty and working an extra job at the location, heard the shooting and approached to investigate. At that time, Officer Moreno exchanged gunfire with the suspect. An off-duty TABC officer, also working an extra job at the location, approached the scene and saw the suspect and Officer Moreno exchanging gunfire.
The TABC officer also exchanged gunfire with the suspect. The suspect was struck multiple times. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the suspect deceased at the scene. Her 7-year-old son was also struck during the exchange of gunfire. He is currently still in the hospital in critical condition. A 47-year-old man was also shot in the hip. He was transported to the hospital and later released. The suspect claimed to have a bomb in her backpack, but when officers searched her backpack and vehicle, they did not find any explosives.

You gotta love that first cop playing on his phone as somebody with a rifle walked into a church right by him, then you can’t tell if he’s left-handed or right handed because he kept switching hands. Then he said he turned his camera off which he clearly didn’t.

I’m getting old and maybe cynical but law enforcement, security, tactics just aren’t that disciplined anymore. One metal woman in the open gave a dozen police a run for their money. The security guys were hiding around a corner and couldn’t even see if the woman was approaching them. If it wasn’t for the media pushing this race war agenda this shooting wouldn’t have happened. This is the results of left wing liberal propaganda from the mainstream media and this administration. Both of whom live far above the consequences.

Cops panicking and hiding and those of you saying, " You dont know what you would do in that situation." No,i dont,but im not a police officer. These officers are paid to handle situations like this and are supposed to be trained for such situations, but these rank amateurs never showed any signs of such training.
