This video is for news purposes and to bring awareness to events that unfolded at a Walmart. Portions of the video were censored but it will be disturbing to many.

The officer was fired after this event but it should be demanded that murder charges be brought up.

This man was in a wheel chair, with a knife possibly mentally ill. The officer who fired all of these shots and including one last finishing move had disregard for the safety around that included the Lowe’s employee.

This is sickening.

  1. Fire first and never use your brain is their moto. Critical thinking might have caused a less deadly outcome and they can't have any of that.

  2. Officer Remington (no pun).. The Tuscon DA's office is "reviewing" for charges.. This is Absolutely a murder, and should be charged as such

  3. So,
Couldn't spray his can into his face/eyes?
Couldn't wack him in the arm or jaw with a billie club?
If knew police academy and application standards would have been this easy, I would have just skipped the Marines and went straight to the academy …

  4. If your DA wont charge the cop with murder its time to get rid of him , then go up to your mayor , governor, and states attorney to get them to charge him. Start flood calling the officials who run the place

  5. Did anybody notice that he never said the guy in the parking lot was in a wheelchair they kind of leave that stuff out in the calls they got a paint a picture a certain way

  6. I used to be worried about going down south and having to deal with one of those “good ol boy” cops in Texas, Miss, or Florida. Nothing beats an Arizona or Colorado cop. Seems like everyday an Arizona or Colorado cop is redefining what a bad cop looks like. This was one of the worst I’ve seen from them. At least it was quick for him, and they didn’t torture him like they did to Karen Gardner.

  7. This is a message to all of you! You are tax cattle, nothing more. If you dare challenge the blue line gang, this is the result. Learn from this man, and continue to be obedient slaves.

  8. How many more must die like this from the people we pay with are hard earned money. This and the other officer need life in jail. End qualified immunity for unreasonable b***** like this..

  9. FOR REAL!? 9 Rounds!? A 62 year old shoplifter, in a mobility scooter with a knife? All they had to do was toss something in front of the scooter to stop it. They are NOT made for OFF ROAD, high rates of speed!!! A stick, a piece of garbage (Walmart people are litter bugs), a grocery cart, ect. Pansie ass cops spent 9 rounds to the BACK of this "LIFE THREATENING" situation!? WTFFFFFFFFF
HOW IS ANYTHING LESS THAN TRUE AND ABSOLUTE MALICE???

  10. Omg that was an execution 9 shots did try anything else pepper spray or taser just BOOM 8 shots then 1 more a sec later wtf was that. AZ seems to have a very serious issue with bad cops.

  11. So many things could've ended this incident non violently. Like seriously, he's walking next to the mobility scooter throughout the parking lot and no one said "can someone grab me two bags of soil?" Shit a couple 2x4s would've disabled the "vehicle", right?

  12. That was a straight up murder..
The officer states the thief pulled a knife on him and decided his life was in such immediate danger that the only way to stop it was to shoot the guy from behind as he travelled at .02 m/h in a wheelchair, NINE times!? With a store employee just feet away. And then cuffing the corpse coz you just never know, right?
Bravery is NOT what comes to mind when I think of LEOs…😒
It’s firefighters and EMTs who are the heroes.

  13. Sadly, James, I knew you would be the very first to point out the Lowe’s employee who thought she was also being shot.
