Man at his store tells officers to quiet down on their PA system on their vehicles because it was 1am in the morning, and that it is disrupting residents in the immediate area, in return the officers exit their vehicles and begin to harass the store owner, requesting I.D. from the store owner unlawfully to write a Bogus summons, the store owner refuses and requests to see a Sgt.
