$125,000 LAWSUIT Settlement for Filming in public! Des Moines Police

2. DISGUSTING how No Cops were Reprimanded or Fired over this incident!

3. Again tax payers pay for criminals and murders with guns and badges because they don't care about the because they make their own laws. Make the criminals with badges pay this will stop .

5. I think the supreme Court has already ruled on this you cannot deem suspicion a crime in order to detain an ID someone why don't any of the auditors say that

    The treason of the 1st, 4th and 5th alone, calls for 15 years to a death sentence…..penalty, not to mention the aggravated assault and battery, false imprisonment, armed robbery, terrorism, aggravated extortion, fabricating charges, malicious prosecution, treason 1st, 4th and 5th, deprivation of rights under the color of law and conspiracy to deprive rights under the color of law.

12. It would be interesting to find out who originated the "intelligence" about how to look out for terrorists and included photography as one of the signs. Then everybody who has been harassed and arrested by the police could sue him for damages resulting from the false intelligence.

13. Ames, Ia, 30 miles North of Des Moines recently hired one of their detectives as Chief. He's as bad as any cop featured on your channel, and the rest of his cohorts are complicit. This crap seems endemic to the profession, now.

I have seen you immediately exercise your rights, and tell the officers, you do not answer any questions without counsel present..
