And wheres that parasites ticket for doing the same thing, he was pulled off the road as well & spun his tires getting back on the roadway!
    Id bet that that ticket was thrown out, especially if he shows the video to the judge.

    So then by the officer's own logic, the officer is forcing / coercing a citizen to participate in what he calls "destruction and resource damage". That in itself must be a crime.
