When is at a time when people of color can walk down the street peacefully without the #NYPD jumping out of their cars and tossing people with no probable cause. Officers in Harlem continue to Target young black males right off the street and if you say that the NYPD are not targeting people in Harlem then you are mistaken this is a constant problem in our community and it has to be stopped
