Since the #NYPD announced Thier “Homeless Outreach Program”, which was put in place to reach out to the Homeless in the Harlem area to provide services, but instead, used to Criminalize and arrest the homeless on a daily basis…CPU has been in the area since they launched Thier program and recorded officers doing the opposite, officers only harass, illegally search and Criminalize the homeless in the Harlem area…CPU will continue to patrol the area and will continue to record the abuse……
