40Pct Officers in the Bronx began to physically assault & arrest young black people for filming and checking on a friend who was just arrested.
40Pct Sgt arrested a man, then he punched him in the face while handcuffed, which prompted other people to start filming….thereafter, NYPD Officers began pointing their tasers at people who were just filming, then some of them were arrested & assaulted just for filming the altercation….
This happens everyday in Communities Of Color…When is it going to end…..
