    A citizen that takes a picture/video, should (and does) have ‘Press’ status.
    Cops always try claiming ‘where’s your press credentials?’.
    But before you become that world famous journalist, it likely starts with being in the right place at the right time and capturing that news worthy photo.
    *pretty much like before Ansel Adams was a world renowned artist, he was just some guy taking pictures.
    So for cops to deprive Joe Blow from taking a photo/vid, not only are the cops infringing on a constitutional right but they may be severely impacting Joe Blows potential income and entry into the photojournalist market.
