  1. Police don't respond code 3 or 2 for non violent or viable weapon calls, that's most departments, so next time just say there's a crazy homeless person waving a knife that's when they fly, not to mention CA cops today don't care as much bc ca passed prop 47/57/109, until it's repealed this will only get worse, CA WELCOMES ALL crazy junkies, murderers, raoests, repeat criminal offenders bc of our demo goveners, it's clearly SKIDROW we're ppl dare not pass unless u have a death wish

  2. Dude said he heard him hollering "in his parking lot," and told him he had to go. Then, he wanted to agree with Laurashark that "the guy deserved respect." smh

Obviously, a repeat customer for the popo. Hope he can get some help.

  3. Daggum! That's some Flaka or Bath Salts. Can't be good. Run away!! 👺💀 Should NEVER take that long to respond to a situation like this!! He needed an ambulance as well. So sad, need to sit him up and get him water.

  4. you want police there quicker when you call say "I thought I saw a gun" Just saying the police do it all the time!

  5. Did you see that asshole cop in Utah? Arrested the nurse in the E.R. Several body cams caught that despicable display. We don't need cops like that Anywhere!

  6. it took LAPD a while because this is not a serious call. It's just an idiot rolling around on the ground acting stupid. No crime committed.

  7. I watched the first 2 minutes of this video and it appeared like police did a pretty good job of not hurting the guy. Maybe in part that could be because you were there Laura. Regardless this is another excellent video by Laura.

  8. So having dealt with a number of these types of incidents both solo and with a partner while working private security. The taser was unnecessary and took up one of his hands that could have been used to restrain him more quickly and nonviolently. The length of time it took them to respond is just sad though.

  9. He's been out there for an hour, but when did someone call the police? If no one calls the police, how are they supposed to know?

  10. I like the new (to me anyway) "whoosh" between splices. I don't see all that well anymore, so the auditory input helps me know for sure that something just got edited or a stop and re-start of recording just happened. Whether out to help the going-blind or not, you did, and I thank you for it.

  11. They didn't respond so fast cause it doesn't generate revenue for them. It is work for them and thus take your time.

  12. Nice! Video but dang they took forever. Over here in New York city they will get a type of call like this and you will see like 10 or more officer responding. This type of call here in nyc is call a EDP it stands for Emotional Disturbed Person. Great video once again.
