7. My two cents. These people just moving in and out of the neighborhood do have an impact. At this "later" point in my life I find myself in "the worst" neighborhood I have ever lived in (cross streets Alvernon and Ft Lowell in Tucson AZ) I have lived on Tucson's "South Side" (predominantly Hispanic) and this mid-town location is much worse. I say "much worse" due to the number of street people looking for a score,anything can and will be stolen or broken. My life is dominated by the "homeless". Things like "no outside electricity or water because of the homeless" "No pool furniture because of the homeless" "no landscaping river rock because the homeless use them as a weapon". I am full up on "the homeless". If you want a straight out of the Twilight Zone experience visit the Circle K at Ft Lowell and Alvernon. Customers are right out of a "Night of the Living Dead" movie.
