8. I could be wrong but: I believe that vehicle breakdown is a viable/documented defence for a great many traffic code violations like this. But cops getting their crack ID fix takes precedence over everything else. As well: taking into account the inability of cops to except defiance of any kind and triggers their pre-programmed defence of bruised ego idiocy and petulant man baby personalities. 10 seconds to help vice the 10 minutes to assuage their childish need to dominate. Nothing out of the ordinary here???

29. A huge part of the equation is that people can't be in control of the situation. You don't tell a cop what happens next, the cop tells you. The cop is trained to not allow you to manipulate or otherwise take control of the situation. It's when you don't submit that things escalate, and it does not matter whether you're in the right or whether what you want is what was going to be the cop's next step anyway. Obey. Submit.
