The City of Deltona is doing liens against peoples homes for code enforcement violations. Some of those fines exceed what the maximum penalty allowed by law is for felony crimes. I thought we had something called no unusual punishment but that’s only for criminal matters not civil

Civil matters have to be voluntary…..

FORCED contracting is unlawful…..Always have been…..
I hate to tell you people….it will be republican lawmakers that disarm the citizens. They are playing Putin's handbook.

My brother was code enforcement officer, they where armed.
Take as many guns as you can from private citizens.
Put guns in the hands of as many government employees as you can
I see how this is going
Shouldn't a jury be informed for a $20,000 fine? I thought a fine was considered a crime if the fine is over 5 or 6 thousand dollars.
GREAT example of how the state enriches itself on the back of 'ignorant' public employees
â🗽👼
You're getting better at this interaction stuff no doubt about it. Great stuff Chris.
